The FLYUP™ comes with a limited 90 day warranty. FLYUP™ Fitness warrants to the original consumer purchaser that new FLYUP™ products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. The warranty herein is made to and for the benefit of the original consumer purchaser of the FLYUP™ and is non-transferable. The warranty period on replacement products is the remainder of the warranty on the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer. Normal wear and tear, inappropriate use, and abuse of the product is not covered under the warranty.
Warning for Physical Training:
Fitness training can result in serious personal injury if not done safely and properly. The risk of serious injury can be reduced by practicing common sense and safe techniques while using the FLYUP™. Consult your physician before starting any fitness program. Do not use the FLYUP™ if you weigh over 300 pounds. Keep away from children under 15 years of age. As with any fitness program, warm up before use and do not overexert yourself. Start out with the easier modification of all FLYUP™ exercises and progress safely and wisely. Even advanced athletes should start all exercises on their knees using one side at a time. Know your personal limitations and consider body's injury history before use. The FLYUP™ should not be used by people with chronic injuries.
The FLYUP™ is intended to be used on carpeted surfaces with low to medium pile. Using the FLYUP™ on tile, wood, and other surfaces without the felt Hard Core Covers may cause damage to the floor and FLYUP™ after just one use. The workout area should be cleared of dirt and debris that could impair the use of the FLYUP™ or compromise the sliding surface.
Domestic orders are shipped within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. All FLYUP orders are shipped with USPS. An email will be sent to you at the time of shipment with tracking information. Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days after shipment occurs.
International shipping averages 6-10 business days, but may take longer depending on international customs policy. All international orders now come with tracking numbers. An email will be sent to you at the time of shipment with tracking information. On occasion, international orders have taken up to two months to clear customs and arrive at the destination. We apologize for these rare circumstances, but the time it takes to clear customs is out of our control. International orders must wait two months from the date of purchase before a claim can be made for any missing item(s).

FLYUP Fitness is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier. Please be sure your package is delivered to safe and secure location.
